Sweet Treats Art Camp 7+

Oldenburg’s giant soft hamburgers and ice cream bars, California artist Wayne Thiebaud became known for his lush paintings of baked goods, hot dogs, and candy. During this three day camp, Students will glaze their own ice cream bowl, Create faux ice cream sundaes and make a layered cake painting! Students will create their own visual delights by using a voluminous finger paint that spreads on like frosting yet dries to a strong, durable finish. These cakes are lasting treats that can be decorated, displayed, and enjoyed much longer than the real thing!
