Adult Outdoor Class - Charcoal Drawing

In person outdoor class for High school aged students and older. Conducted on the grounds of the Blanden. Inspired by the work by Dawn Mak (McManus), students will create charcoal drawings. Learning about the media, unique tools for blending, details and the process of drawing nature.

About The Event
Students will explore the use of charcoal in the production of drawing from nature. The class will explore the different approaches to creating a drawing using charcoal including direct drawing and eraser drawing. At the end of the class, students will have one or more amazing drawings ready to hang on any wall.
All classes require pre-registration and payment
